It is a wonderful cream dessert prepared with ground rice combined with milk, cream, sugar, dry fruits and saffron strands. To prepare Rice Phirni, warm milk and add rice paste (prepared by blending soaked rice and water) to it. Add sugar and saffron strands. Garnish with dry fruits.
Rava Sheera is a wonderful dessert that can be prepared within minutes. To prepare it you need Rava or sooji, Ghee Warm milk, hot water, Sugar, Chopped raisins ,Chopped cashew nuts ,Cardamom powder. To prepare it heat ghee then add rava and cook in low flame for 6-8 minutes. Pour milk, water and mix well. Add sugar, raisins, dry fruits and cook on a low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Add cardamom powder and cook for 1 minute. Garnish with dry fruits.
Moong Dal Halwa
Moong Dal Halwa is a delicious dessert to serve after a hearty meal. To prepare it you need split moong dal 1⁄2 Cup, soaked (for 4 hours, then drained and rinsed) , Water 2 Cups, Melted butter/Ghee 1⁄2 Cup, Sugar 1⁄2 Cup , Cardamom pods, crushed Saffron strands, Small Raisins 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped cashews and chopped almonds.
Blend soaked moong dal with 2 tablespoon of water. In a non strick pan add 2 teaspoon of ghee, cashews, almonds until golden and add dal paste and some butter. Cook in low heat for 10-15 minutes. Add sugar syrup to it and cook in a low flame until the dal it cooked. Garnish it with dry fruits.
Paal Khova is a delicious dessert appropriate for occasions like Holi. It can be easily prepared with condensed milk, clarified butter, yogurt, saffron, grated nutmeg and dry fruits. Mix condensed milk and yogurt.Add butter, cardamom powder, nutmeg and saffron. Place in microwave in 2 minutes. Take out and let it condense. Garnish with dry fruits and silver leafs.

In a bottomed pot add butter, milk powder and whipping cream. Stir on medium heat until mixture turns into dough. Put the dough in a plate and let it cool. Mix sugar syrup into the dough. Place a layer of chocolate mixture on the burfi and refrigerate it. Cut into cubes and serve as a dessert.
Green Gram Balls
